RETURN POLICY

Dear customer, thank you very much for your shopping!

If you are not satisfied with the product in any way, please contact us within 7 days.

Unshipped orders:
If the order is canceled before shipment, a 5% handling fee will be charged.

Shipping and Returns:
If the product is damaged or lost due to transportation problems, we provide a full refund.
If the item cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, a 5% handling fee and postage will be charged.

Products received (not used):
Within 30 days, if the product is unopened, it can be returned or exchanged.
The customer is responsible for return postage and we may charge a processing fee of up to 20%.

Return process:

Notify the reason and provide photos on the website or via email.
Use the original packaging to return, and provide a return form and express delivery note with the package.
Refunds will be completed within 7 working days after return.
If it is caused by us, such as incorrect shipment, including return shipping, the customer will not be responsible for it.
