Question 1: What kind of works can be ordered?

Answer: We provide customized three-dimensional sculptures made of plaster, wood and other materials, including figures, buildings, landscapes and other themed works.

Question 2: What is the difficulty level of engraving?

Answer: Solid wood works are more difficult, followed by stone, and then plaster. We evaluate the ease of pricing based on customer needs.

Question 3: What standards are required for drawing?

Answer: Provide clear drawings or real-life photos, indicating the size and detail requirements, and the materials must also be determined to facilitate our design and construction.

Question 4: How long is the quotation valid for?

A: Quotes are usually valid within 7 working days. If the deadline is exceeded, please contact us again to learn about the difficulty of the project and the price of materials.

Question 5: What is the delivery time arrangement?

Answer: Within 7 days for simple works and 14-30 days for complex and large items, all are working days. We arrange the delivery date according to the order quantity.

Question 6: Can the sub-order be modified?

Answer: Sub-orders can be modified within 7 days before execution. Sub-orders that have already been executed cannot be modified. Partial refunds are currently not supported.

Question 7: How to pay for the order?

Answer: Payment via paypal and credit card is supported. After payment is made, the order will be deemed to be effective and arranged for release.

Question 8: Is there a warranty?

Answer: The finished product provides a three-month quality guarantee. If no one causes any damage during the period from the date of pickup, a free warranty will be provided.
